Generic Autocomplete In Mobile Firefox
Recently, like five months ago, mobile Firefox (Fennec) got strange autocomplete function which autocompletes URLs of large web sites. It autocompletes netflix.com or chase.com even in a pristine state and with autosuggestions turned off. I’m not a fan since I don’t use Netflix, american banks or almost none of supposedly large web sites and there is no way to turn it off.
Why Mozilla, why??
EDIT: so I read Chrome has the same type of autocomplete too for 2,5M most visited sites or something like that.
